"im excited to see where you take this"

so in english today we started working on two poems. one is an "i am from" poem and the other one is a "where im going" poem. i've already completed the "i am from" poem. here it is..

I am from unbearably cold winters
and smoldering summers;
never in between.
I am from two-toned buildings
shared with people from all over.
I am from the reservations
and the land where green is in excess.
I am from a tired mother
and a father who seemed invisible.
I am from the church
the Hail Mary's and Our Father's, I dont believe anymore.
I am from a zoo
dogs, cats, hamsters, and birds.
I am from adventures to corner stores and car dealerships
only later did I learn I ran away.
I am from no brothers and sisters,
no friends to account for.
I am from loneliness,
not anymore.

i havent completed the "where im going" poem. that one is giving me a little trouble. ive talked to the teacher and he agreed that i should do the poem however i want. because the guidelines he has dont make sense, so hes giving me room to be creative. i like that in a teacher. hes a student teacher by the way.

i got to school late today, thanks weston! its all his fault. hes just so darn fun to talk to on the phone that i didnt want to get off. we got off the phone at like 12:30 but then text each other until like 12:45 almost one. my plan was to go to bed around 9 because i was so tired during the day. sarah wound up coming up though and she didnt leave until like 10. then i was on the phone with weston. we talked about everything. what embarresing music was on our ipod. ive discovered that i have really good music. the only embarresing thing on there is kanye west and lupe fiasco. and to some people their not embarresing. we talked about movie taste. he told me about this movie where an old lady gets attacked by a refridgerator and a guy shoots up so much that his arm gets cut up in jail. AMAZING, right!!?? i guess its one of the most stupidest movie ever but now i need to watch it. its also very depressing i hear. he then shared a short story he wrote in high school. it was amazing. hes making a blog specifically to put the rest of the stories in so i can read them. it was very creepy but amazing. we also talked about ourselves, ex- funfacts about us, how long we've known we're bi, if we've come out fully. it was just a really fun and interesting convo. oh and i cant forget to mention crimson! haha.
he stalks me i guess. i mean he text me this morning telling me that hes sorry i got to school late!! what. the. fuck! how did he know. its creepy.
now i cant wait until the 18th. im trying to get my friend shamus to go so he can meet him. if they were together it would be divine.
i found out that means heavenly today. :D

im freezing and i have to pee. but theres no sense in going to the bathroom right now because the bell is going to ring in like 5 minutes. im going to math in a few. i didnt do the homework, oops!
